Pop-Up Child Care is a social enterprise created to provide affordable group childcare solutions to businesses and organizations across Vancouver and the greater area.
To create a safe and friendly environment for children and foster an atmosphere of harmony, trust, friendship, and warmth that encourages them to learn as individuals;

Support and guide newcomer women through professional educational development and an environment that promotes teamwork, integrity, respect, and a living wage.
Pop-Up Child care is a social enterprise created by Pacific Immigrant Resource Society (PIRS), an immigrant and refugee services agency, in collaboration with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Through this project, PIRS supports newcomer women in the field of Early Childhood Education through training and employment opportunities.
